Chelsea is an associate lawyer practicing in all areas of immigration and refugee law. She graduated from the University of St. Andrews with an MA in Modern History, an L.L.B from BPP University (London) and an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London. After several years in the United Kingdom, Chelsea returned to Alberta where she was called to the bar in 2016.

Chelsea has worked exclusively in Immigration and Refugee Law since her articles. She has experience appearing before all levels of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada. In recent years, Chelsea’s practice has focused on refugee claims, refugee appeals, pre-removal risk assessments, Federal Court litigation and removal cases.
