Jasprit is an associate lawyer practicing immigration and refugee law at Stewart Sharma Harsanyi. She completed a BA in Law and Society at the University of Calgary. She went on before earning her LL.B. from Bangor University in Wales. After finishing her studies, she worked as a clerk at the Alberta Court of Justice. She later articled at Stewart Sharma Harsanyi and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2026.

Jasprit’s practice focuses heavily on written advocacy including preparing submissions for the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court. Jasprit is experienced in a wide range of immigration and refugee matters, including refugee claims and appeals, pre-removal risk assessments, judicial reviews, removal proceedings, and permanent and temporary residence applications.

She is committed to guiding clients through processes that are often uncertain and stressful.

She is able to communicate with clients in Punjabi.
